We all know the expression of having someone walk all over you. Well some of us take it literally and love it! There are many types of trampling, from gentle barefoot trampling to high heel trampling to downright stomping and jumping.

And then there's multi-trampling. Tried that once, but was way too heavy for me to be considered sexy by any stretch. I'll take the barefoot trampling anyday. Though high heel and multi-trampling are great fun to watch.
