Art Irritant is the works of collaborative team consisting of two photographers, Imunme & Iso, and stated in their honesty and respect, many models that have a desire to participate. Located in Montreal, their work deals in various design styles with great attention to lighting and fashion yet attempting to break all restrictions, in other words [their photography] you can clearly see in their works that they do it as their total passion.

The project began in September 2007. Imunme & I were working exclusively together. We had that idea of sharing a conceptual photography website including a few models to expand and experiment new ways of creation. The overall concept once announced, many models contacted us for a session. Way more than we expected. In less than a month, already twenty girls were on our booking list. Each new model bringing another wind of inspiration, Art Irritant swirled into constant evolution and got itself a reputation right from the start. We never stick to one pattern; we try new styles, we play with new themes, we team up with collaborators and we continue to get inspired by new faces.

Image styles range from the alien eyes to gas mask and outright blood smears. Attention to detail and very subtle hints of symbolism and fetish [no only restricted to however], like the bell pepper the two models are watching both wearing gas mask, or the trout in the bird cage, is what captures my attention. Of course as well the gorgeous models and sexy clothing.
